Welcome to Bait Dogs Apparel! By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Orders are processed securely through Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within the timeframe listed at checkout. Shipping delays can happen—we’re not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands.
4. Returns & Exchanges
See our Refund Policy for full details. Exchanges or store credit only within 14 days. Refunds are only given for damaged or incorrect items.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content are the property of Bait Dogs Apparel and may not be used without permission.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We don’t sell your info. See our Privacy Policy for more.
7. Illinois Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled in Illinois courts.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please check your full shipping address before placing an order, including apartment or suite numbers and any address saved in Shop Pay or another express checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct address.
If you notice a mistake, contact info@baitdogsapparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We will try to help, but an address change is not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
If an order is shipped to the address you supplied and that address is incorrect or incomplete, a free replacement or refund is not guaranteed. If the package cannot be recovered, you may need to place and pay for a new order. If it is returned to us, any reshipment must be arranged with us and additional shipping charges may apply, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
We review requests individually and may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, or other assistance at our discretion. Please contact us before placing a replacement order so we can review the available options. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
