Regular fit or oversized: choose your silhouette
Regular-fit tees use a classic athletic cut for training and everyday wear. Oversized tees use a roomy athletic silhouette with more room through the body for lifting and layering. The Big Dog, The Namesake, The Admiral and The Bite Back come in both fits; The Understatement is regular fit and The All In is oversized. Check the size chart on each product page and compare it with a tee you already like.
Cotton gym shirts, and how to care for them
Every tee in this collection is listed as soft 100% cotton. That makes them cotton gym shirts first: comfortable for lifting and easy to keep wearing after the session, rather than synthetic performance tops. To keep the print sharp, follow the label: gentle 30°C wash, no bleach, tumble dry low, no ironing on the print, no dry cleaning.
Heavyweight T-shirts: where the label applies
The oversized Big Dog, Namesake and All In tees are tagged as heavyweight cotton. That label is not applied across the whole collection, and no Bait Dogs tee lists a fabric weight (GSM), so we do not quote one. If a heavier tee is the priority, start with those oversized styles.

Are these heavyweight T-shirts?
Some are. The oversized Big Dog, Namesake and All In tees are tagged as heavyweight cotton. No tee lists a GSM fabric weight, so we do not publish one.
What sizes do the tees come in?
Current tees run S to 2XL. The oversized Admiral and Bite Back also come in 3XL. Availability can vary by color, so check the product page.
